I have updated the reading to show specific subtitles because previously I was not thinking about the webpage version of the text that obviously does not have page numbers and I would like people to use which ever version of the text web, pdf, hard copy, 1st edition, 2nd edition that they choose.  

This document will be updated as the course continues.  I am open to any and all feedback!
